Build Observer with us.

We are working with a small number of teams whose customers hold them to SLAs. You get Observer free while you shape it; we get the feedback of people with real contracts on the line.

Who it is for

Two kinds of team.

B2B SaaS

Teams with enterprise customers on SLAs.

Your contracts carry uptime targets and credits, and your customers ask for proof: per-customer reports, statements they can check, a record they can open at any time.

Financial services

Vendors to payment firms and regulated financial customers.

Your customers have reporting deadlines of their own, and your incidents can become theirs. They need measured facts from you, quickly, and records that hold up later.

The offer

Three months free, then half price.

First 3 months

Free

Observer at no cost while you set it up and run it with your customers.

First annual year

50% off

Half price for your first year when you continue on an annual plan.

What we ask

A real page, regular feedback.

Within 2 weeks

A live status page.

Connected to your real metrics and in front of at least some of your customers, so the feedback comes from real use.

Every 2 weeks

A 30-minute check-in.

What worked, what did not, and what your customers asked for. We bring what we changed since the last one.

If it works

Your logo and a quote.

Only if Observer earned it, and only words you approve.

Either side

Can stop at any time.

If it is not working for you, or for us, either side can end it.

Apply

Tell us about your team.

Seven questions. We reply to every application.

A few sentences: your product, who your customers are and what they ask you to prove.

Do you have customers on SLAs?
Do you sell to financial services?

Privacy

We use what you send only to assess your application and to contact you about the program. It is stored in our database, held in the EEA and the UK, and sent to our team through our email provider. We delete applications after 24 months, or sooner if you ask at [email protected]. See our privacy policy.
